Music Meet-Ups:

Before You Request a Headset

The more you tell us, the better we can personalize the music.

Each Healing Headset is prepared specifically for the person receiving it. We create a playlist of familiar music, load it onto a microSD card, and send it ready to play.

A few things to know

Be specific whenever you can.

Favorite songs, singers, bands, hymns, musicals or styles are much more helpful than asking us to guess.

Choose thoughtfully rather than choosing everything.

Please select no more than 30 artists on the request form. Fewer strong favorites can create a better playlist than dozens of possibilities.

Your music is loaded and ready to use.

The songs are stored on a microSD card inside the headset — no streaming, Wi-Fi or music app is required. Charge it when needed, turn it on, and listen.

The headset is rechargeable.

It will need to be charged periodically, just like other rechargeable electronics.

Playlists vary in size based on the input we receive. An average playlist has 30–55 songs.

Finished with it? Send it back.

When the headset is no longer in use, we would love to have it back so we can rehome it for someone else. A prepaid return is easy to arrange — just reach out.

Don't worry about creating the perfect list. Just tell us what you know.

Specific memories and favorites give us somewhere wonderful to start.
